摘    要:介绍405/70-24 14PR宽基轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1121mm,断面宽 402mm,行驶面宽度 380mm,弧度高 -4mm,胎圈着合直径 611mm,胎圈着和宽度 330mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.746,花纹深度 28mm,花块饱和度 41.4%,花纹周节数22。施工设计:胎面采用二房三块结构,胎体采用6层2100dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布,采用φ575mm成型机头,立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 405/70-24 14PR EMR1 versatile wide tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1121mm,cross-sectional width 402 mm,width of running surface 380 mm,arc height of running surface -4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 611 mm, bead width at rim seat 330 mm,maximum width position of cross-sectional (H1/H2) 0.746,pattern depth 28 mm,block/ ratio 41.4%,and total number of pitches 22.In the construction design, the following processes were taken:the two-formula and three-piece extruded tread,6 layers high 2100dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply ,2 layers of 1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for break ply, and using autoclave with the building drum diameter of 575 mm,and using vertical curing pot to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and national
