28L-26 R-2农业轮胎的结构设计

介绍28L-26R-2低断面深花纹农业轮胎的结构设计和施工设计。胎面采用宽行驶面，花纹采用双角度圆弧过渡，倒角较大；着合直径选较小值；胎面为两方七块，胎冠使用综合性能好的水田专用胎面胶配方，胎侧采用耐老化性和耐屈挠性好的拖拉机轮胎胎侧胶配方。加强工艺管理以减少外观缺陷。

Structrue design of 28L-26 R-2 agricultural tire

The structure design and construction design of 28L-26 R-2 low profile and deep tread agricultural tire were introduced.The wider running surface was used for the tread,and the bianglar arc transition and bigger inverted angle were used for the tread patterns;smaller bead diameter at rim seat was taken;two formulas and seven pieces were used for the tread extrusion and a special tread formula of paddy field tire with good comprehensive properties was used for the crown;and a sidewall formula of tractor tire with good aging property and flexibility was used for the sidewall.The technique management was strengthened to eliminate the appearance defect.
