14.00-20矿用载重斜交轮胎的设计

介绍14．00-20矿用载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径1258mm，轮胎断面宽328mm，行驶面宽度296mm，胎圈着合直径513mm，花纹深度25mm，采用独特的横向连贯花纹块设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方五块结构，胎体分别采用1400dtex／3V1和1400dtex／3V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用后辊包边成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，充气轮胎外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。
