复配型促进剂的研制

摘    要:根据复配型促进剂中各类促进剂性能互补的原则,研制出一种复配型促进剂,并与国外的一种性能良好的同类复配型促进剂进行比较。进一步调整各组分的比例,并下配方对比其硫化、强力及老化性能进行试验,最终得到一种在硫化、强力、老化性能及价格方面均占有 一种新的复配型促进剂:噻唑类促进剂A质量分数0.266,促进剂B质量分数0.311,醛胺类促进剂C质量分数0.423。

Abstract:An accelerator package was developed based on the principle that the different accelerators in a package could complement,and compared to a same kind of imported accelerator package.The proportions of the components in the package was further adjusted to obtained a new accelerator package consisting of thiazole accelerator A/thiazole accelerator B/formamine accelerator C (0 266/0 311/0 423).The package was cost effective and provided the compound better vulcanization behavior,tensile strength and aging property.
