介绍28L-2614PR低断面深花纹农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径1595mm，断面宽724mm，行驶面宽度680mm，胎圈着合直径663mm，花纹深度89mm，花纹饱和度16．5％，采用R一2型人字花纹设计。施工设计：胎面采用两方五块结构；胎体采用4层1400dtex／2V1和2层1400dtex／2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层930dtex／2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布；采用半芯轮式成型机成型，胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和帘线性能均符合相应标准要求。
