丁基再生胶在全钢无内胎子午线轮胎气密层中的应用

摘    要:通过试验研究,对比不同份数丁基再生胶在全钢无内胎子午线轮胎气密层中应用的效果,结果表明加入20份比较理想的,既能明显降低轮胎气密层胶成本,又能满足气密层胶的性能要求,气密性略微有降低。

Abstract:By comparison with experimental research, different number of butyl reclaimed rubber in all steel tubeless radial tire inner liner of the effect of the application, the results show that adding 20 ideal, can significantly reduce the cost of rubber tire inner liner can meet the performance requirements for air barrier glue again, air tightness has reduced slightly.
