摘    要:介绍235/35ZR20S-1087轿车轮胎低噪声胎面花纹的优化设计情况。利用噪声分析软件确定胎面花纹优化设计方案为:胎面弓型主花纹沟曲线半径取130~160mm,连通沟倾斜角度为40~45°,花纹沟占行驶面面积比例为31%,胎面花纹从胎冠至胎肩连续、花纹沟延伸至胎肩花纹终点位置,左半花纹节距排列和右半花纹节距排列间错位30mm。优化轮胎的分析噪声不大于M标准曲线值,轮胎与路面间辐射产生的直接噪声以及汽车匀速行驶时车内噪声均比未优化轮胎降低,且通过欧盟ECE117噪声认证。

Abstract:The optimized design of low noise tread pattern of 235/35ZR20 S-1087 PCR tire was described.By using noise analysis software,the optimized design was taken as follow:the main groove curve radius was 130~160 mm,the slope angle of connective groove was 40~45°,groove/running surface area ratio was 31%,tread pattern was started from cap to sidewall continuously and groove was extended to the end point of sidewall pattern,and the pitch order between left half tread patterns and right half part was staggered by 30 mm.The analyzed noise of optimized tire was not higher than the M standard curve.When the vehicle was run at uniform speed,the noise between the optimized tire and road and the noise inside vehicle were lower than those with the tire without optimization.The optimized tire was successfully certified by ECE117.
