介绍12．00—24L-6T＋特种矿用工程机械斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径1268mm，断面宽330mm，行驶面宽度267mm，行驶面高度为零，胎圈着合直径613mm，花纹深度58．42mm，采用独特的超加深横向连贯花纹块设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方七块结构，胎体分别采用2100dtex／2V1和1400dtex／3V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层1400dtex／2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用压辊包边成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和企业标准要求。
