摘    要:介绍11R22.5 16PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径1041mm,轮胎断面宽268mm,行驶面宽度200mm,行驶面弧度高6.5mm,胎圈着合直径571.5mm,胎圈着合宽度208.4mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.0169,花纹深度11.5mm,花纹饱和度71.9%,采用4条条形花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用1层高强度3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应国家和企业标准要求。

Abstract:A design of 11R22.5 16PR tubeless TBR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 041 mm,cross-sectional width 268 mm,width of running surface 200 mm,height of running surface 6.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 571.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 208.4 mm,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 1.016 9,pattern depth 11.5 mm,block/groove ratio 71.9%,with the design of 4 strip pattern groove.In construction design,the following processes were taken:1 layer 3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT steel cord for carcass ply,4 layers 3×0.2+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the inflated overall dimension,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements in the national and enterprise standards.
