摘    要:介绍7.00R16 14PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径773.6mm,断面宽198mm,行驶面宽度156mm,行驶面弧度高6.1mm,胎圈着合直径403mm,胎圈着合宽度154mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.16,采用条形花纹设计,花纹周节数76,花纹深度12mm,花纹饱和度80.5%。施工设计:胎体采用3+9×0.22HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘布;采用三鼓一次法成型机成型,双模B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 7.00R16 14PR light truck and bus radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken-overall diameter 773.6 mm,cross-sectional width 198 ram,width of running surface 156 mm,height of running surface 6.1 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 403 ram,bead width at rim seat 154 ram,maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 1.16,strip pattern, total number of pitches 76, pattern depth 12 mm, and block/total ratio 80. 5%. In the construction design, the following processes were taken. 3 +9 × 0.22HT steel cord for carcass ply,3 layers of 3 × 0.20+6 × 0.35HT steel cord for belt ply~ using three-drum single stage building machine to build tires, and using double mold B-type curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension, strength performance, endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard.
