静负荷下轮胎接地压力分布测试的研究

摘    要:采用压力板法测试了185R15和165/79SR13两种规格子午线轮胎的接地压力分布,并在不同负荷,不同气压以及不同花纹情况下分别进行了接地压力分布的测量,得到的试验数据应用三维曲面和二维曲线进行了处理,测试结果明显地表示出在的不同条件下接地压力分布的差异,可为轮胎结构与性能研究提供了实验依据,亦可作为接地压力分布理论计算进行对比的实测数据。

Abstract:The contact area pressure distribution of 185R15 and 165/79SR13 radial tires with different tread patterns at different load and inflation pressure was determined by the Pressure plate method.The resulting data were treated with tridimensional curved surface and two dimensional curve.The results showed remarkable the contact area pressure distribution difference under different conditions,provided the experimental criteria for tire structure and performance study and the measured data for comparison with theoretically calculated contact area pressure distribution.
