摘    要:从软件实现的角度阐述了构建轮胎化纹噪声仿真与优化系统(TPN-ODS)的整体思路,分析了系统的结构及其功能分布,并分别从轮胎花纹噪声仿真分析、噪声评判、缺陷诊断和低噪声优化4个方面阐述了四个方面的具体实现。表明TPN-ODS可成为轮胎花纹低噪声圾和开发轮胎新产品的有力辅助工具。该系统已达到工程实用水平。

Abstract:The train of thought for establishing tread pattern noise simulation and optimization system(TPN ODS) is described,and the structure and function distribution of system is analysed from the view of software realization.The concrete realization is presented separately from four parts:simulation analysis,noise evaluation,defect diagnose and noise reduction optimization.It is found that TPN ODS can be used as a useful aid in the noise reduced tire design and the research and design of new tire.The system is ready to be used in engineering practice.
