摘    要:发生在美国加利福尼亚等州和日本的北陆、东北地区的“Groove Wander”现象,国内外对它的仿真研究都采用路面/轮胎的各个相对错位的结果叠加法,所以建模数量多、结果存储量大、后处理较繁杂、研究效率低。本研究则根据行驶车辆在路面上的真实摆动状态,在轮胎行驶方向与路面沟槽方向间设置了微小偏角,一次轮胎建模就能得到与文献资料同样的、多次叠加的仿真结果,为高效地研究Groove Wander问题探了新路。在此基础上,我们研究了路面沟槽尺寸、轮胎花纹纵沟形状及其数量对Groove Wander横向力波动的影响。

Abstract:Groove Wander is a phenomenon that often takes place in California and area of Japanese north land and northeast. At home and abroad, the simulation research is a result of the interaction between road grooves and tire tread grooves with the superposition method. In that way, a large quantity of simulation models and results data would be produced during research and the results processing is much more complicated, therefore this kind of simulation method is not an efficient way. In this paper, according to the true swing state of vehicles on the road, a tiny slip angle is set between road pavement and tire driving direction so that the same simulation results with relative references will be obtained by using only one geometric model. Moreover, the effect of parameters (road pavement dimensions, pattern longitudinal groove shape and numbers) on the tire lateral force fluctuations was investigated in a high-efficiency way in this paper.
