低滞后炭黑在轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘    要:研究了低滞后炭黑Z-271和Z-281对SBR/BR普用胶料物理性能及动态粘弹性能的影响,试验结果表明,在SBR/BR并用胶中加入滞后炭黑Z-281可以显著降低胶料生热及轮胎的滚动阻力,而胶料其它性能无明显变化。

Abstract:The influence of the low hysteresis carbon black Z 271 and Z 281 on the physical properties and dynamic visco elasticity of SBR/BR compound was investigated.The test results showed that the heat build up and rolling resistance of tire were significantly improved by adding the low hysteresis carbon black Z 281 to SBR/BR compound without sacrificing the other properties.
