摘    要:介绍235/60R18 107T冬季镶钉轿车子午线轮胎设计。结构设计:外直径 735mm,断面宽 249mm,行驶面宽度 192.7mm,行驶面弧度高 6.4mm,胎圈着合直径 457.6mm,胎圈着合宽度 198.12mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.04,采用镶钉雪地胎专用TR757花纹,优化花纹节距排列。施工设计:采用有限元仿真分析技术,胎侧采用加厚形式,胎体使用2层1300D/2 DSP聚酯帘布高反包结构,带束层采用3*0.30HT钢丝帘线,矩形钢丝圈;采用一次法成型机成型;双模液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久和低气压性能及高速性能符合相应国家标准和企业标准要求。

Abstract:The design of 235/60R18 107T studded winter passenger car radial tire was described. In the structure design ,the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 735mm, cross-sectional width 249mm, width of running surface 192.7mm, height of running surface 6.4mm, bead diameter at rim seat 457.6mm, bead width at rim seat 198.12mm and cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.04, adopting special tread pattern TR757 for studded winter tire with optimized pitch arrangement. It was designed with finite element analysis technology, reinforced sidewall and 2 polyester 1300D/2 DSP for body ply with high turn-up, 3*0.30HT steel cord for belts, wrapped rectangle bead, using single stage building machine to build tires and double cavity hydraulic curing presses. Finished products performance tests showed that peripheral dimensions, plunger test performance, bead unseating resistance, endurance, low inflation pressure and high speed performance of the tire all met national standards and company standards.
