| 摘 要： | 介绍16.9-30 10PR农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1478mm,断面宽 406mm,行驶面宽度386mm,弧度高33mm,胎圈着合直径766mm,胎圈着和宽度381mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.611,花纹深度40mm,花块饱和度25.8%,花纹周节数28。施工设计：胎体采用4层高强度1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘子布(4V1),采用φ950mm成型机头,立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。

| Abstract: | A design of 16.9-30 10PR agriculture tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter1478 mm,cross-sectional width 406 mm,width of running surface 386 mm,arc height of running surface 33 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 766 mm, bead width at rim seat 381 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0.611,pattern depth 40 mm,block/groove ratio 25.8%,number of pattern pitch 28.In construction design, the following processes were taken:4 layers high strength 1670dtex/2 dipped polyester cord(4 layers V1) for carcass ply,and tirecure using autoclave with the building drum diameter of 950 mm.The inflated overall dimensions and the physical properties of finished tire met the requirements of national standard. |
