摘    要:采用激光粒度仪测定氧化铜粉体试样的粒度分布,利用透射电镜(TEM)观察表征其形貌。在含氢25%的氢氮混合气流中,在不同的升温速率(2.5、5、10、12.5、17.5、25K/min)下,利用微机差热天平进行非等温的热重分析实验,测定样品的TG—DTA曲线。研究结果表明,氧化铜粉体样品结构不规则,粒径分布较宽,粒径约为9.4gm:TG曲线的起始反应温度和DTA曲线的峰值温度均随着升温速率的增大而增大;氢气还原氧化铜粉体为单质铜的表观活化能为59.42kJ/mol,指前因子为6.75×10^5min-1,反应级数为1.08。

Abstract:Particle size distribution of CuO powder was tested by laser particle size analyzer, and transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to characterize the morphology of CuO samples. Non-isothermal TGA was experimented in a gaseous mixture (25%HE+75%N2) at different heating rates (2.5,5,10,12.5,17.5,25K/min) by microcomputer differential thermal balance, thus the TG-DTA curves were obtained. The results showed that the particle structure of CuO power was irregular, and the diameter distribution of particle was relatively wide, and the diameter of particles was approximated to 9.4rtm. The initial reaction temperatures of TG curves and peak temperatures of DTA curves increase when the heating rate increases. And the apparent activation energy E is equal to 59.42kJ/mol, the pre-exponential A is equal to 6.75×10^5min-1, and the series of the reaction is equal to 1.08.
