Abstract: | In this paper, phase transformation kinetics and thermal analysis kinetics as well as thin-layer drying model were simply introduced and compared. Applicability probability of isothermal phase transformation kinetics and isothermal analysis kinetics in the study of isothermal drying kinetics was discussed. |
