杀菌陶质釉面砖的研究

摘    要:本文研究了以Ag3PO4、CuO为杀菌剂制作杀菌陶质釉面砖的配方组成,同时研究了烧成温度对杀菌效果的影响.结果表明添加Ag3PO42%或Ag3PO42%、CuO1%,釉烧温度1050℃可获得良好的杀菌效果,样品性能达到或超过国家标准.对样品的杀菌耐久性进行了检验,经过3个月的酸、碱溶液浸泡,结果杀菌效果无变化.

Abstract:The composition of glazed ceramic tiles fabricated using Ag3PO4 and CuO as bactericide has been studied,and the influences of firing temperature on the bactericidal effect has been discussed.The results show that by adding 2% Ag3PO4 or 2% Ag3PO4 and 1% CuO,and controlling the glaze firing temperature at 1050,better bactericidal effect can be achieved,and the samples' properties can meet or surpass the national standard.The bactericidal effect of the samples has been tested by immersing the samples in acid and alkaline solution for three months,and no change of the bactericidal effect has been found.
