摘    要:具有高吸附性能的载体-TiO2光催化剂复合材料制备是未来TiO2纳米光催化研究领域的重要发展方向。本文以凹凸棒石为载体,通过钛酸四丁酯-丙醇溶液浸渍-过滤-丙醇蒸发-水蒸气作用下钛酸四丁酯水解-低温煅烧程序操作,获得凹凸棒石-TiO2纳米复合光催化材料。高分辨透射电镜表征结果显示:TiO2颗粒直径5~10nm,具有锐钛矿结构,在凹凸棒石表面分布均匀。该制备方法工艺简单,钛酸四丁酯利用率高,对水中有机污染物光催化处理、抗菌消毒、空气净化等方面具有很大潜在应用价值。

Abstract:Preparation of support as adsorbent composite with TiO2 is an important developing direction on the research of TiO2 photocatalyst. Palygorskite-TiO2 nanometer composite materials was prepared by palygorskite acted as support of adsorption, dipping in solution of tetrabutyl titanate and propanol, filtration, evaporation, hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate under condition of vapor presence. Result of characterization by high resolution transmission electron microscopy indicated that TiO2 particles only 5nm-10nm, belong to anatase structure, and distributed on palygorskite rod crystals. This preparing method is very easy in process, and tetrabutyl titanate consumed low. This material has important potential utility in treatment of wastewater containing organic pollutants, antibacterial, purification of air.
