摘    要:综述了食(药)用真菌多糖的提取工艺、化学结构、生物活性以及食(药)用真菌多糖产品的开发现状,展望了 食(药)用真菌多糖的研发前景。

Abstract:At present, the edible or pharmaceutical fungi polysaccharides was one of the best developing future resource of medical treatment and health care. In this paper, the extraction craftwork, chemistry structure and biology activity of the edible or pharmaceutical fungi polysaccharides were expounded, and the actuality about the polysaccharides product of the edible or medical fungi exploited were introduced. Meanwhile, the further research prospect of the edible or pharmaceutical fungi polysaccharides was predicted.
