N-取代苄基-N’-苯甲酰氧乙基哌嗪类化合物的合成及其生物活性

摘    要:合成了15个新的N-取代苄基-N’-苯甲酰氧乙基哌嗪类化合物,其结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析及质谱确证,平初步测定了目标化合物的生物活性。结果表明,目标化合物均表现出一定的对血清诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制活性,其中化合物ⅣC、Ⅳd、Ⅳh活性较高。

Abstract:Fifteen new N-(substituted)benzyl-N'-benzoyloxy-ethyl piperazine derivatives were synthesized, and their structures were confirmed by IR,1HNMR, elemental analysis and MS. Their inhibitory activities a- gainst vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation induced by FBS were evaluated. All the object compounds showed inhibitory activity to a certain extent on vascular smooth muscle cells proliferation, especially com- poundsⅣ c, Ⅳ d and Ⅳ h.
