双水相体系萃取木瓜蛋白酶的研究

Abstract:The extraction of papain by aqueous two-phase system formed by polyethylene glycol(PEG) and(NH4)2SO4 was studied.The effects of relative molecular weight and mass fraction of PEG,mass fraction of(NH4)2SO4 and pH value on the distribution coefficient,activity recovery rate were examined.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were PEG4000 mass fraction 6%,(NH4)2SO4 mass fraction 18%,and pH value 6.0.Under above conditions,the activity recovery rate and distribution coefficient reached 80.25...
