莲子心总黄酮的微波辅助提取研究

摘    要:研究了莲子心中总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺条件.以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定莲子心中总黄酮的含量,探讨了乙醇质量浓度、固液比(g:mL)、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间等因素对莲子心总黄酮提取率的影响;采用单因素实验和正交实验确定微波辅助提取莲子心总黄酮的优化工艺条件如下:乙醇质量浓度65%、固液比1:25(g:mL)、...

Abstract:The feasible microwave-assisted extraction technology of total flavones from Plumula nelumbinis was studied.The effects of ethanol mass concentration,solid-liquid ratio(g∶mL),microwave irradiation power and microwave irradiation time on the extraction rate of total flavones from Plumula nelumbinis were studied.The optimal extraction conditions by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were obtained as follows: ethanol mass concentration of 65%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g∶mL),the microwave irradiation power of 400 W,the microwave irradiation time of 30 s×3(three times of microwave irradiation and 30 s for each time).Under above conditions,the extraction rate of total flavones was 1.021%.The total flavones was characterized through UV,FTIR spectral analysis.And the microwave-assisted extraction method is a rapid and efficient extraction method for total flavones from Plumula nelumbinis.
