全通径偏心半球阀在水厂的应用及成效

摘    要:送水泵房作为将清水加压输送至给水管网的构筑物,其出水水流具有高流速、高压力等特点。送水泵房水泵机组根据水厂调度需要,需经常进行启停水泵操作,因此,送水泵房止回阀需具有防水锤功能稳定、水损小、密封性好、密封副不易磨损、操控简易等特点。现状各水厂送水泵房止回阀多选用多功能水泵控制阀、液控双速闸阀。多功能水泵控制阀存在水损大、缓闭功能易受膜片老化受损影响等缺点;而液控双速闸阀组成结构复杂,阀门老化后存在启闭不到位、密封不严实、维护工作多等缺点。针对传统止回阀在应用过程中的不足,某水厂在进行送水泵房止回阀更换时,选用全通径偏心半球阀替代传统止回阀,全通径偏心半球阀由阀体及液控驱动系统两部分组成,通过液压驱动油缸动作,控制阀门启闭。通过设置液控驱动系统的动作模式,可分快速和慢速两阶段启闭阀门,实现缓闭、止回等多种功能,而全通径偏心半球阀的偏心结构设置,以及阀座、密封副的优化设计,使其在使用过程中更加稳定。与多功能水泵控制阀与双速闸阀相比,全通径偏心半球阀具有更安全、更可靠、更经济、更智能的特点,应用于泵后止回时更具优势。该水厂在使用全通径偏心半球阀后,阀前压力降低4.33%,水头损失降低90.8%,每年节约水泵机组电耗近8.79万元/组。实践结果表明,全通径偏心半球阀应用于泵后止回,可有效避免传统止回阀的短板,在有效延长止回阀使用寿命的同时,实现节能降耗、降低操作难度、减轻水厂维护工作量等目标。

Abstract:Water supply pump house is a structure that pressurizes and transports clean water to water supply pipe network,and its outlet water flow has the characteristics of high flow rate and high pressure.According to the requirement of the production scheduling of water plant,water pump unit in water supply pump house needs to start and stop frequently.Therefore,check valve in water supply pump house needs to have the function of waterproof hammer,less water loss,good sealing performance,difficult sealing pair wear,easy to operate and so on.At present,the check valve of water supply pump house in water works mostly adopts multi-function pump control valve and hydraulic control double speed gate valve.Multi-function pump control valve has some disadvantages,such as large water loss and slow closing function,which is easy to be affected by the aging of diaphragm.While the composition structure of hydraulic control two speed gate valve is complex,after aging,valve has some disadvantages,such as inadequate opening and closing,loose sealing,and many maintenance work.In view of the shortcomings of traditional check valve in the process of application,when replacing the check valve in water supply pump house in a water plant,full diameter eccentric hemisphere valve is selected to replace traditional check valve.Full diameter eccentric hemisphere valve is composed of valve body and hydraulic control drive system,which is operated by hydraulic drive cylinder to control the opening and closing of valve.By setting the action mode of hydraulic control drive system,valve can be opened and closed in two stages,fast and slow,to achieve a variety of functions,such as slow closing and check.Eccentric structure setting of the full diameter eccentric hemisphere valve,as well as the optimization design of valve seat and sealing pair,make it more stable in use.Compared with multi-function pump control valve and dual speed gate valve,full bore eccentric hemisphere valve is safer,more reliable,more economical and more intelligent,which makes it more advantageous when applied to the back check of pump.After using full diameter eccentric hemisphere valve,pressure in front of valve is reduced by 4.33%,head loss is reduced by 90.8%,and the power consumption of pump unit is saved nearly 87,900 yuan/group per year.Above practice results show that full diameter eccentric hemisphere valve is applied to the back check valve of pump,effectively avoiding the short plate of traditional check valve,effectively prolonging the service life of check valve,and achieving the goals of energy saving and consumption reduction,reducing the difficulty of operation,and reducing the maintenance workload of water plant.
