摘    要:反冲洗是保证生物活性炭装置正常运行的重要因素。以船用污水深度处理装置一体化生物活性炭为研究对象,探究反冲洗对于装置污染物去除能力恢复的影响,得出了装置恢复时间;选取9种反冲洗条件,考察装置反洗后8 h后,装置污染物去除能力的变化。结果表明:污染物去除率随着反冲洗时间推移先降低后逐步升高,8 h后趋于稳定,此时COD去除率为60%,氨氮去除率为10%。对比不同反冲洗条件下对于装置性能的影响分析,反洗强度控制在5.0 L/(m2·s),反洗时间为7 min时为较优反冲洗条件,COD去除率达到79.8%,氨氮去除率为5.3%。

Abstract:Backwash is an important factor to ensure the normal operation of biological activated carbon device.Taking the integrated biological activated carbon device,which was used as a marine sewage further treatment device,as the research object,the experiment investigated the recovery degree of pollutant removal rate of the device after Backwash,so determined the backwash time for the device to recover.Nine backwash conditions were selected to investigate the effect of the device on the removal ability of the pollutants after 8 hours of backwash.The results shown that the removal rate of pollutants decreased first and then gradually increased with the time during backwash,and tended to be stable after 8 hours when the COD removal rate was 60%,and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 10%.Comparing the effects of different backwash conditions on the performance of the device,the backwash strength was controlled at 5.0 L/(m2·s),and the backwash time was 7 min,which was the better backwash condition,the COD removal rate reached by 79.8%,ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached by 5.3%.
