介绍了我国乙二醇市场现状,截至2019年底,我国乙二醇总产能为1 159万吨/年,其中,煤制乙二醇产能达491万吨/年,2020年还将有近400万吨/年的产能释放。煤制乙二醇技术逐渐成熟,所以短期内市场存在产能增速较快但产量增速缓慢的不匹配状态。比较了石油制乙二醇和煤制乙二醇生产工艺路线的成本,从生产成本、产品质量和物流方式3个维度分析了煤制乙二醇的市场竞争力,得出了煤制乙二醇的发展具有广阔前景,并根据国内乙二醇市场的远期发展趋势,提出了发展建议。

Competitiveness Analysis of Coal-based Ethylene Glycol in China

This paper introduces the status of China’s ethylene glycol market. By the end of 2019, China’s total ethylene glycol capacity was 11.59 million t/y with its total demand reaching 18.00 million t/y, in which coal-based ethylene glycol capacity rose to 4.91 million t/y and will surge by some 4.00 million t/y in 2020. The coal-to-ethylene glycol technology has gradually matured, and its capacity is expected to reach 8.41 million t/y in 2020. In a short term, the market has a mismatch between fast capacity growth and slow production growth. This paper compares the ethylene glycol production costs from petroleum and coal, analyzes the market competitiveness of coal-to-ethylene glycol from three dimensions of production cost, product quality and logistics mode, and concludes that coal-toethylene glycol has broad prospect. It also puts forward some suggestions on the development of ethylene glycol production from coal in line with the long-term trend of ethylene glycol market in China.
