| 摘 要： | 论述了固定资产投资项目节能评估工作的作用和法规要求,阐述了节能评估报告编制的方法和过程,总结了编制过程中存在的难点和解决对策,并以某原油输送管道工程项目为案例分析了节能评估报告编制的策略,提出了编制的建议和注意事项。

| Abstract: | The function and regulation of the energy-saving evaluation work for the fixed assets investment projects are discussed in this paper, the method and process for the energy-saving evaluation report preparation are also expounded. The main difficulties and solutions for the energy-saving evaluation report preparation are summarized and also the strategies for a crude oil pipeline project as the case. Recommendation and precautions are put forward for report preparation correspondingly |
