Abstract:To provide security for operation of underground pipelines in petrochemical companies,a comprehensive detection scheme was established with combination of non-excavation detection and excavation verification based on available non-destructive testing technology.Typical non-excavation detection techniques were listed with features and limitations.And field testing methods of excavation verification and corresponding requirements were summarized.Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for pipeline safety condition was proposed.To verify the applicability of the established scheme and method,5 underground processing pipes were detected and evaluated as a case.The results show that the detection scheme can effectively obtain the pipelines’safety condition information,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method provides the pipeline safety management priority ranking,which provides an effective basis for pipeline management decision of petrochemical companies.
