摘    要:针对某高含硫项目GSB站原料气分离器F-020701-3快开盲板密封发生泄漏的问题,通过检查分析其泄漏原因,确定了对密封面进行堆焊后机械加工的修复方法。在施工过程中,对出现的新问题进行及时分析、处理,最终完成了原料气分离器密封面修复,并通过了水压强度试验、气密试验的检验。为某高含硫项目设备的长周期稳定运行提供保障,给企业带来极大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In view of the quick-opening blind plate seal leakage of the feed gas separator F-020701-3 in GSB station of a high-sulfur-content project,the repair method of sealing surface bead-welding and then mechanical processing was determined through inspection and analysis of the leakage reason.New problems in the process of construction were timely analyzed and addressed,and finally the feed gas separator sealing surface repair was completed,which then passed the hydraulic pressure strength test and the air leakage test,providing hardware assurance for the long-term stable operation of the equipment for a high sulfur content project,and thus bringing great economic and social benefits to the enterprise concerned.
