纯净磷酸盐工艺中三聚氰胺与湿法磷酸反应条件的研究

采用二次正交组合实验设计研究了三聚氰胺反应媒循环法由湿不磷酸生产纯净磷酸二氢析工艺中三聚氰胺与湿法磷磷酸浓度、搅拌速度、反应温度、反应时间、三聚氰胺用量诸因素的一交、二次及交互作用对磷收率、硫和氟净化的影响。找出了相应的数学模型，为复杂反应体系提供了定量描述，根据其数学模型求得磷收率、硫和氟净化率最佳的处理条件。

Study on Reaction Condition of Pure Phosphate Process from Wet-method Phosphoric acid by Circulation of Melamine

The reaction condition in the process of pure phosphate with modium-melamine recycling method from wet process phosphoric acid have been studied and reported. The effect of different parameters on the recovery efficiency of P, desul-furation and defluoration have been discussed. Mathematical models have been presented. The optimum condition has been gained.
