基于协同的注塑件快速制造应用研究

摘    要:目前,注塑产品开发趋于多样化,许多注塑产品的设计来源于既有的实物。采用基于RE/CAD/CAE集成的协同思想,实现注塑件的快速制造。通过三坐标测量仪获取既有实物的数据,UGII用于实体造型,通过CAE软件Moldflow进行注塑件和注塑模分析。系统集成的协同策略可以缩短产品的开发周期,降低设计成本,提高企业的市场竞争力。

Abstract:Methods of developing injection products are various,and many of them are designed from existing products.A collaborative manufacturing system is put forward based on integration of RE/CAD/CAE.CMM is used to get data of existing products,UGII is adopted to model products and injection molds.And CAE software Moldflow is applied to analyze the models.This collaborative strategy can shorten the period of development, reduce design cost and raise the competitive ability of enterprises in the market .
