衣康酸接枝PP增容PA6/PP合金的研究

摘    要:以马来酸酐接枝PP(MPP)作对照,研究了衣康酸接枝PP(IPP)的熔体流动速率(MFR)、接枝率(GR)妆枝配方的关系,PA6/接枝PP/PP合金的力学性能与接枝PP的特征参数、用量和合金组成比的关系。结果表明,IPP对PA6/PP的增容效率明显高于MPP,并具有显著提高材料冲击韧性的作用,可作为PA/PP高效增容剂兼增韧剂应用。

Abstract:By contrast with maleic anhydride grafted PP (MPP),relationships between melt flow rates(MFR) and grafting ratios (GR) of the itaconic acid grafted PP (g_PP)and its graft formula and relationships between mechanical properties of PA6/g_PP/PP alloy and feature parameter and doses of g_PP and ratios of PA6/(PP g-PP) are studied. Results show that the compatibilizing efficiency of IPP to PA6/PP is much higher than that of MPP and IPP can evidently enhance the impact toughness of the alloy,it can be used as the compatibilizer and impact modifier for PA/PP alloy.
