精密焊丝盘注塑模具的CAE优化设计

摘    要:依据翘曲分析的理论,在数值模拟分析温度场、流动场变化情况的基础上,结合塑件的力学特性如弹性模量、剪切模量、热导率等对塑件进行翘曲集成分析,准确判断出中心进料的塑料大盘状零件边沿翘曲的问题所在,得到了减少翘曲变形、提高塑件精度,优化模具冷却系统和工艺路线设计的技术方法。同时探讨了CAE优化设计中的网格划分技术、分析流程定制技术和输出结果的提取分析技术。

Abstract:According to the theory of warpage analysis and based on the numerical simulation of temperature field and field of flow,analysis of the plastic parts'warpage according to its mechanical property,for example,elastic ratio,shear modulus,and coefficient of heat conduction,the authors judged the warpage problem of large discoid plastic parts' edge.Simultaneously,the authors got the technical method of reducing warpage,improving the precision of plastic parts and optimizing the cooling system of mould and process route.The authors also discussed the technology of mesh division in CAE optimum design,flow design of analysis,and getting and analysis of the output results.
