PE-HD/废旧胶粉共混材料的研究

摘    要:通过脱硫、自由基聚合、硫化交联、接枝等反应复原了废旧胶粉的分子链结构,提高了废旧胶粉与高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)的相容性,制备了高性能PE-HD/废旧胶粉共混材料。结果表明,当加入未经处理的胶粉时,共混材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随着其含量的增加而降低。当加入60%的经处理后的胶粉、2%的橡胶催化再生还原剂(PTC-R)、1.2%的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、1%的硫磺和1%的促化剂时,共混材料的拉伸强度达到25 MPa,断裂伸长率达到250%,与加入60%未处理胶粉的共混材料相比,分别提高了350%和210%。PTC-R的加入可以有效地脱去胶粉中的硫。DCP与硫磺具有很好的协同效应,能更加有效地发挥其交联作用,大幅度提高共混材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。

Abstract:Molecular structure of waste rubber powder was modified via desulfurization,free radical polymerization,curing cross-linking,and grafting reaction in order to improve the compatibility with high density polyethylene(PE-HD).The effect of the modification of waste rubber powder on the blends was investigated.When untreated waste rubber powder was used,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the blends decreased with increasing rubber loading.However,with adding 60 % of treated waste rubber powder,2 % of PTC-R,1.2 % of DCP,1 % of sulfur,and 1 % of promoting agent,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the blends reached 25 MPa and 250 %,increased by 350 % and 201 %,respectively,compared with those based on untreated waste rubber powder.Sulfur was effectively stripped down by catalytic regeneration of rubber reducer PTC-R.The tensile strength and elongation at break were developed significantly because of synergistic effect between DCP and sulfur.
