带点浇口转侧浇口浇注系统的注塑模设计

摘    要:通过分析香水瓶盖的结构特点和成型工艺,设计了香水瓶盖注塑模,介绍了模具结构与工作过程,重点阐述了点浇口转侧浇口浇注系统、脱模机构和斜顶侧抽芯机构的设计,最后介绍了点浇口转侧浇口浇注系统的应用实例。实践表明,点浇口转侧浇口浇注系统有利于浇口的设置和塑件的填充。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the structure characteristics and processing technology of the perfume bottle cap,an injection mould for this part was designed.The mould structure and its working process were introduced.The feeding system switching from pin-point gate to side gate,the demolding mechanism and the side core-pulling mechanism with lifter were illustrated in detail.The application instances of the feeding system switching from pin-point gate to side gate were introduced.It was proved that the feeding system switching from pin-point gate to side gate was adequate for setting of gate and filling of molded part.
