刚性粒子增韧环氧树脂的研究

摘    要:通过选用强度差的滑石粉及强度高的二氧化硅填充改性环氧树脂,后者并分别用脱模剂和偶联剂进行处理,对上述材料的断裂韧性及其他主要性能以及粒子与基体间的界面情况进行了研究。实验结果表明:刚性粒子能够提高环氧树脂的断裂韧性,滑石粉和经脱模剂处理的二氧化硅粒子具有与弹性粒子相类似的增韧机理。

Abstract:Talc powder with low strength and silicon dioxides with high strength are used to fill and toughen epoxy resin. Silicon dioxides are treated by mold discharging agent and coupling agent respectively.The fracture toughness and other properties of the composite and the interfaces among the phases are investigated systematically.The result shows that the rigid particles can increase the fracture toughness of epoxy resin,and the toughening mechanism of talc powder and silicon dioxide particles treated by mold discharging agent is similar to that of elastic particles.
