摘    要:回转窑托轮轴轴承设计与刮研非常重要。介绍了JCJ03-1990轴瓦与轴颈装配要求,并根据实践经验提出了轴瓦与轴颈的接触角为30°,接触面内进行研磨和接触面内不进行研磨两种研磨方法。此类方法特点是轴瓦与轴颈的接触角小,从瓦口开始刮研油囊,油囊弧顶处一直延伸到接触带位置;能有效避免翻瓦和轴拉丝的重大事故。

Abstract:Design and rescrape are important for bearing of supporting roller of rotary kiln. And the standard installation requirements of bearing journal and bearing shell of JCJ 03-1990 were introduced, and by practical experience two grinding methods grinding and non-grinding in the contact surface as the contact angle of bearing journal and shell was 30~,were put forward. The strong points of these methods were that the contact angle was small, the oil sac was rescraped from bearing shell edge to the contact surface which would avoid the serious accident.
