| 摘 要： | 在目前的新型干法水泥生产线上,节水技术、节水措施和节水设施在不断更新和提高,使单位产品耗水量得到逐步降低,且已经实现污、废水的零排放和雨水的回收利用.以华润集团某5 000 t/d熟料水泥生产线为例,全面介绍了其给水系统的选择、节水器具和器材的使用、以及雨污水的回收利用等方面的节水设计.

| Abstract: | In the new dry process cement production line at present, water-saving technologies, water-saving measures and water-sav- ing facilities is in continuously update and improvement, which make unit product water consumption reduced gradually, and has real- ized zero discharge of sewage and waste water and utilization of rainwater. China Resources group＇s 5000 t/d clinker cement production line was took for example, the selection of water-supply system, application of water-saving appliances and equipment, as well as the rain water recycling and other aspects of the design of water saving were introduced. |
