摘    要:水泥厂具有高温、高粉尘、监测点分布广泛、物理空间复杂等特点,导致有线视频监控布线困难,尤其高温区域。针对水泥厂应用环境的特点,在厂区内布置多个AP,建立全厂无缝漫游无线网络,采用Wi Fi方式将高温视频监控信号传输至中控。并以OFDM技术作为物理层的关键技术,使传无线输速率能够达到300 Mb/s。经过大量的实验测试以及现场的实际应用,证实了该系统的安全性与可靠性。

Abstract:Cement plant has the characteristics of high temperature, high dust, widely distributed monitoring points and complex physical space, which results in difficult wiring of cable video surveillance, especially in the high temperature area. Aiming at the features of cement plant environment, multiple AP are established to guarantee that the wireless network covers the plant seamlessly and to transmit monitoring video signals to the central control room by WiFi. OFDM is adopted as key technology to the physical layer to enable wireless transmission rate up to 300 Mb/s. Extensive experimental testing and practical application proves that the system is security and reliable.
