摘    要:水泥熟料生产过程中三次风管对分解炉和回转窑等热工设备的稳定运行起着重要作用。三次风管的用风和通风合理性,直接影响分解炉内煤粉的燃烧、碳酸盐在分解炉内的分解,间接影响回转窑内通风量和熟料在窑内的烧结。本文通过热工标定分析W工厂12000t/d水泥熟料生产线三次风管存在的问题,通过数据计算和对比分析,提出三次风管优化改造方案。


Optimization of the tertiary air duct of 12 000 t/d cement clinker production line
Abstract:In the production process of cement clinker, the tertiary air pipe plays an important role in the stable operation of thermal equipment such as decomposition furnace and rotary kiln. The rationality of air use and ventilation of the tertiary air pipe directly affects the combustion of coal powder in the decomposing furnace, the decomposition of carbonate in the decomposing furnace, and indirectly affects the ventilation volume in the rotary kiln and the sintering of clinker in the kiln. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the tertiary air duct of W plant''s 12000 t/d cement clinker production line through thermal calibration. Through data calculation and comparative analysis, it puts forward the optimization and transformation scheme of the tertiary air duct.
