| 摘 要： | 针对大口径管道施工过程中存在施工周期长,施工难度大,工程成本高等问题,提出一种新型优化管段分段技术和管段组对方案。结果表明:该制作技术能保证大口管道安装施工顺利进行;有效地解决现有大口径套管安装过程中的技术难题。该方法具有创新性、实用性、可靠性等优点,在工程建设的许多领域,具有推广应用价值。

Study on manufacturing technology of straight pipe section of large diameter pipeline |

| Abstract: | A new optimized pipe segmentation technology and pipe segment assembly is proposed to tackle the problems like long construction period, construction difficulties and high project cost during large diameter pipeline construction process. It is shown that this manufacturing technology can guarantee smooth installation and construction of the large diameter pipeline and effectively solve the technical difficulties in the installation of the large diameter casing pipeline. The technology is innovative, practical and reliable. It can be applied and promoted in many fields of project construction. |
