摘    要:双驱动重型板喂机作为现代水泥行业中必不可少的设备,目前常规的控制方式为两个驱动进行速度同步控制。在变频器的标量控制下速度虽然同步,但是实际输出转矩不一致,造成运行噪音大、电流偏差大、单侧电机温度高等影响。文章通过总结分析一系列问题最后采用主从控制方式,解决了上述问题。

Abstract:As an indispensable equipment in modern cement industry, dual-drive heavy-duty plate feeder is currently controlled synchronously by two drives in a conventional way. Although the speed is synchronized under the scalar control of frequency converter, the actual output torque is inconsistent, resulting in large noise, large current deviation and high temperature of single-side motor. This paper summarizes and analyses a series of problems and finally adopts master-slave control mode to solve the above problems.
