厌氧序批式反应器快速形成颗粒污泥技术研究

摘    要:厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)初次启动用厌氧消化污泥接种,比较了投加聚季铵盐(A柱)与空白对照(B柱)2个反应器的颗粒污泥形成过程。启动后以每隔2 d投加1次的投加方式向反应器中不断补充聚季铵盐,聚季铵盐投加质量与污泥质量之比取1.6 mg/g。结果表明,A柱颗粒污泥平均粒径达到0.72 mm仅需73 d,比B柱提前了25 d。A柱在启动56 d后COD负荷达到10 g/(L.d),形成的颗粒污泥平均粒径大于B柱(0.55 mm),产甲烷活性也较高。所以投加聚季铵盐能有效促进污泥颗粒化进程。

Abstract:Two anaerobic sequencing batch reactors(ASBR) were inoculated with anaerobically digested sludge.The reactor A(fed with polyquaternary ammonium salt) was compared with the reactor B(control) in order to contrast the development of granular sludge.Since start-up,the polyquaternary ammonium salt was added into the reactor A at interval of once per 2 d,and the mass ratio of polyquaternary ammonium salt to sludge was 1.6 mg/g.The results show that the average diameter of granular sludge in the reactor A is 0.72...
