环己酮和环己酮肟在甲苯磷酸缓冲溶液中的液液平衡

以肟化塔的优化操作为背景,测定了环己酮肟和环己酮在甲苯和磷酸缓冲溶液中的分配系数,考察了pH值和磷酸根浓度等因素对其平衡关系的影响。并在此基础上总结了半经验公式,可用于肟化塔的设计和操作分析。利用Margules方程对环己酮的平衡数据进行了关联,求出了相应的模型参数,并结合实际,就有关实验结果进行了分析和讨论。

Liquid-liquid equilibria of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanone oxime between toluene and aqueous phosphate solution

The distribution coefficients of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanone oxime between toluene and aqueous phosphate buffers were measured in order to study the optimal operation of the oxime tower. The effects of various factors on the equilibrium, including pH and initial concentration of aqueous phosphate solution, were investigated. The semi-empirical correlations were proposed based on the experimental data, which could be used for operation analysis of the oxime tower. The Margules model was used to correlate the equilibrium data of cyclohexanone .The agreement between the calculated and the experimental data is satisfactory. Some of the experimental results were discussed according to the practical process.
