超声波技术在陕北混合原油脱盐装置上的应用

摘    要:超声波破乳技术具有能耗低、效果好、无污染等特点,是一种新兴的原油破乳技术。针对陕北混合原油,采用超声波技术在陕西延长石油集团延安炼油厂、永坪炼油厂和榆林炼油厂的5套原油脱盐工艺进行了应用试验,应用结果表明:采用超声波技术后,可完全停止使用破乳剂,平均脱后原油含盐量由3—5 mg/L降低至3 mg/L以下;总排水含油量平均由242.5 mg/L降至76.6 mg/L,能够减少高含水污油的生成量;同时操作过程稳定,各级电脱盐罐电流明显降低,经济效益显著。该技术具有较好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Ultrasonic emulsion breaking technology is a novel crude oil emulsion breaking technology,with the advantages of low energy consumption,good effect and no pollution.Aiming at mixed crude oil in northern Shaanxi,the ultrasonic technology was applied to five sets of crude oil desalting installations in Yan′an,Yongping and Yulin oil refineries of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Oil Refinery and Chemical Company.The results show that after using ultrasonic technology in crude oil electrostatic desalting,the process has no more need of demulsifier and it operates stably.The average salt content in crude oil after removal decreases from 3-5 mg/L to 3 mg/L below,and the average oil content in total drainage decreases from 242.5 mg/L to 76.6 mg/L.The application of the technology can reduce the generation amount of high water cut sump oil,and can significantly reduce the electric current in desalination tank of all levels.The economic benefit is remarkable and the technology has good application prospect.
