纳米K2CO3/CaO催化大豆油制备生物柴油

摘    要:以K2CO3、纳米CaCO3(自制)为原料,K2CO3的负载质量分数为50%,在750℃焙烧3 h得到纳米K2CO3/CaO固体碱催化剂,并通过XRD、FT-IR及TG-DSC等手段进行确认.再用该催化剂催化制备生物柴油,结果表明:制备生物柴油的最佳条件为温度70℃,质量分数3%的纳米K2CO3/CaO,醇油摩尔比12...

Abstract:With K2CO3 and nanometer CaCO3(self-prepared) as raw materials,and K2CO3 dosage of 50%,the K2CO3/CaO solid-base catalyst was prepared by calcination at 750 ℃ for 3 h,which was characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TG-DSC.The catalyst obtained was then used to prepare biodiesel.The result shows that under the optimum conditions that the mass fraction of nanometer K2CO3/CaO is 3%,mole ratio of alcohol to oil is 12 ∶1,temperature is 70 ℃,reaction time is 1 h,the biodiesel yield comes up to 99.1%,which is featured by high catalytic activity,simple process,no effluents discharge,no corrosion to equipment,short time and less cost.
