摘    要:在小试实验的基础上为进一步研究放大实验需对最佳工艺条件下合成N-β-羟丙基-1,2-丙二胺宏观动力学进行研究。实验采用反应蒸馏方法,以1,2-丙二胺和环氧丙烷为原料合成N-β-羟丙基-1,2-丙二胺,根据气液相反应机理和连串反应特征,在环氧丙烷通气率30—50 mL/min,导入温度40℃,液相体积流率1.2 mL/s,导入温度60℃条件下,建立了N-β-羟丙基-1,2-丙二胺合成的宏观动力学模型。通过实验判定反应区域,并确定了模型中的参数。结果表明,反应属瞬间反应,对气相组分浓度表现为一级反应。

Abstract:To scale up the experiment,the macrodynamics of N-β-hydroxypropyl-1,2-propanediamine synthesis was studied under the optimum conditions resulted from primary experiments.By reactive distillation,N-β-hydroxypropyl-1,2-propanediamine was prepared with 1,2-propanediamine and propylene oxide as raw materials.The macrodynamics model of N-β-hydroxypropyl-1,2-propanediamine synthesis was established according to the characteristics of gas-liquid reaction mechanism and consecutive reaction.The reaction region and the parameters of the model were determined by the experiments under the experimental conditions of propylene oxide ventilation rate 30-50 mL/min,import temperature 40 ℃,and liquid volume flow rate 1.2 mL/s,import temperature 60 ℃.The results show that the reaction is transient reaction,and the gas components performance presents first-order reaction.
