用于垂直管道浸取器的空气升液泵性能研究

摘    要:介绍用空气升液泵作为垂直管道浸取系统的中间能量补充设备,以内径为24mm的垂直管道浸取器的上行管作为升液管,用空气、水和55~65目河沙做冷模试验,测定了空气升液泵的扬程和效率。从理论上导出了扬程模型。该模型计算值与实验值以及文献值相吻合。

ON THE AIR-LIFT PUMP FOR A VERTICAL TUBULAR LEACHER
Abstract:The air-lift pump is used as an equipment providing pressure head for a vertical tubular leacher. Taking a upflow tube of the vertical tubular leacher with 24 mm ID as an air-lift tube, this paper measures the lifting head and efficiency of the pump in air-water-sand(55-65 mesh)system, and derives a acceptable model for predicting the lifting head. A good agreement is found amoung calculated, experimental and literatural value.
