络合-超滤过程中电沉积回收重金属研究

摘    要:研究了络合 超滤耦合过程处理重金属废水的超滤浓缩液中重金属的电沉积回收。选用性能优异、价格低廉的平板石墨为电极,以传统的电解槽为反应器,详细地探讨了从稀水溶液中回收Cu和Zn重金属的各种因素对电沉积效果的影响,确定了适宜的电沉积条件。在试验条件下,电沉积回收Cu和Zn的电流效率均可达到 60%以上,而电能消耗分别为 11. 5kW·h/kg和 14. 0kW·h/kg。

Abstract:Electrodeposition recovery of heavy metals in concentrated solution of wastewater treatment by (complexation-)ultrafiltration was studied in the traditional electric cell reactor with well-functioned and cheap plate graphite electrode. Effects of varies factors on the electrodeposition of cupric and zinc heavy metals from diluted (aqueous) (solution) were discussed. The optimal conditions were determined. Under the optimal conditions, both the (current) efficiency of recovery cupric and zinc were more than 60%, and the power consumptions were 11.5 (kW·h/kg) and 14.0( kW·h/kg,) respectively.
